Some pricing may be visible only after login or account approval. Wholesale pricing, volume discounts, and special offers are subject to approval and may change based on quantity, product availability, and market conditions.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to confirmation. We may contact customers to verify product availability, shipping method, freight charges, or payment details before processing an order.

Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Local pickup is available by confirmation at 2131 S Hellman Ave, STE R, Ontario, CA 91761. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Returns and Issues

Please inspect products after receiving them. For damaged, missing, incorrect, or return-related issues, contact us as soon as possible with order details and photos if applicable. Some used, custom, opened, clearance, or special-order items may not be returnable.

Limitation of Liability

LINE ME INC is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, shipping carrier delays, or misuse of products. Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their packaging needs.
